Addie Ruth Freegard, age 77, of Iberia, passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Tuscumbia.  She was born in Miller County on October 5, 1943, daughter of the late Sullivan and Dotise (Burks).  On March 15, 1978, in Miami, OK, she married Eddie Freegard, who preceded her in death on May 28, 2001.

Addie owned and operated the snack bar at Village Shell with her husband Eddie.

She is survived by one sister, Ruby Ash and husband Wendell; two brothers, James Crismon of Vienna and Mark Crismon of Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Carol Joan Ash.

Addie's wishes were to be cremated with a family memorial service held at a later date.
