Alfred Swanson, age 77, of St. Elizabeth, died Friday, February 17, 2006, at Capital Region Medical Center. He was born in Castle Rock, Washington on March 20, 1928, a son of the late Alfred Sr. and Gertrude Swanson. On June 7, 1974, in Paragould, Arkansas, he was married to Lois Dean Wilson, who survives at the home.

Others who survive him include: one sister, Dorothy of Wyoming, several cousins, nieces, nephews family and friends.

Two brothers and one sister also preceded him in death.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 20, at Mt. Zion Cemetery, near Tuscumbia. Rev. Charles Caldwell will officiate.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alfred Swanson Memorial Fund.
