Alice Jean (Pemberton) Wall, age 87, of Iberia, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach.  She was born in Iberia on November 30, 1933, daughter of the late John and Gladys (Colvin) Pemberton.  On May 18, 1956, in Jefferson City, Alice was united in marriage to Clark Avyn Wall, who preceded her in death on May 12, 2015.

Alice was employed with Bank of Iberia and Iberia R-V School as secretary for numerous years.  She was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan and enjoyed cooking, traveling, dancing, and was a talented seamstress. She was a member of the square-dancing group, Dixie Square Dancers, and they performed at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.  She enjoyed attending concerts with her best friend, Hazel Morrow.

Alice was a loving wife, mother, and proud grandmother.  She was a devoted member of First Christian Church in Iberia.

She is survived by one daughter, Debbie Perkins and husband Steve of Iberia; son, Mark Wall and wife Angie of Iberia; five grandchildren, Mandy (Scott) Farnham, Luke (Kim) Perkins, Callie (Daniel) Ewers, Cody (Stephanie) Wall, and Casey (Brittney) Wall; twelve great-grandchildren; brother, Darrell Pemberton; three sisters, Evelyn Moneymaker, Linda Duncan, and Joretta Rodden; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, Clark Wall, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Erma Luttrell and Geraldine Witt, and two brothers, Dorsey Pemberton and Lester Pemberton.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 (noon), with services immediately following at 12 (noon), on Wednesday, November 24, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia with Stan Way officiating.  Interment will be held in Mt. Union Cemetery near Brumley.
