Anna E. Shook, age 72, of Jefferson City, died Monday, February 13, 2006, at St. Marys Health Center. She was born in St. Anthony on June 1, 1933, a daughter of the late Anton and Gertrude (Holtmeyer) Goeller. In 1964 in California she was married to Guy Shook, who survives at the home.

Anna was a member of the California Teamsters Union and St. Peters Catholic Church in Jefferson City.

Others who survive her include: two sons, Guy Anton Shook of Holts Summit and Gregory Guy Shook of Pontiac, Michigan; one brother, Jerome Goeller of Jefferson City, four sisters, Marie Wenrick of Jefferson City, Dorothy Schroll of Girard, Illinois, Eleanor Reed of Jefferson City and Donna Kleffner of Ballwin and five grandchildren.

One daughter, Kathy Bemboom and three brothers, Ray, John and Clarence Goeller also preceded her in death.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, February 20 at Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Francis Stuart, OSB will officiate.
