Bernadine Duncan, age 87, of Crocker, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.  She was born on September 16, 1937, daughter of the late Willis and Dorca (McComb) Long.  On July 24, 1965, Bernadine was united in marriage to Milton Lowell Duncan, who preceded her in death on December 5, 2003.

She is survived by two sons, Tracy Duncan and Dion Duncan; three daughters, Deborah Gustin, Tina Brown, and Bethany Duncan-Woolery; ten grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her son, Tony Duncan; son-in-law, Kerry Woolery; two sisters, Lois Burgess and Wanda Mashburn; and brother, Leonard Long.

Bernadine cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, and she had a deep affection for her beloved dogs, who were her loyal companions.  She enjoyed baking and took pride in preparing delicious meals for her family to gather around and enjoy.  She had a talent for quilting, creating countless keepsakes throughout the years.  Holidays were always a special time for Bernadine and her family to share in the joy of the festivities.

Visitation will be held from 12 (noon) to 2 p.m., with funeral service immediately following at 2 p.m., on Friday, June 13, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia with Bro. Bob Hamm officiating.  Interment will be held in Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Iberia.
