Bobby Lee Williams, age 59, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2006, at his home in Vienna. He was born in Waynesville on February 16, 1947, son of Vernetta Brooks Wyrick Love. On July 4, 1970, in Iberia, he was married to Cindy Lou Sanderson, who survives at the residence.
He was a 1966 graduate of Iberia High School and an Army veteran of Vietnam. He loved Christ and loved his horses. He attended Tri-County Cowboy Church at Circle A Ranch near Iberia and Lambeth Assembly of God Church near Vienna. He was loved and will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends. His grandsons were the joy of his life.
Other survivors include one daughter, Monica Lynne Mize and husband, Chris of Eugene; and two grandsons, Damian and Logan Mize.
His mother and his stepfather, Clyde Lloyd "Bud" Love, preceded him in death.
A Memorial Service will be held at Vichy Community Church on Saturday, November 25, at 10:00 a.m. with military honors.
The body will be cremated under the direction of Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia.
