Obituary
Bonnie McDowell, age 69, of Iberia, died Wednesday, December 6, 2006, at her home. She was born in Edwardsville, Kansas, on October 28, 1937, daughter of Clifford and Essie (Luttrell) Witt. On July 5, 1955, in Kansas City, she was married to Jack McDowell, who survives at the home.
She was a member of Walk on the Water Faith Church in Osage Beach.
Other survivors include one daughter, Tammie M. Duncan of Iberia; one granddaughter, Samantha Smoot of Iberia; one grandson, Matthew Liebrum of Iberia; three great-grandchildren, Aaron Liebrum, Abigail Liebrum, and Dylan Smoot; and three sisters, Dorothy Fish and Linda Phillips both of Brumley, and Lou Starnes of Iberia.
Her parents, five brothers, and two sisters preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8, at Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Dr. Larry Ollison officiating. Interment will be in Hawkeye Cemetery.
