Bonnie Lucille (Plemmons) Rosen, age 85, of Brumley, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Tuscumbia. She was born in Brumley on February 13, 1931, daughter of the late Roy and Veda (Thomas) Plemmons. On November 6, 1954, in Lake Ozark, Bonnie married Kenneth Gregory "Bud" Rosen, who preceded her in death in 1997.

Bonnie was a member of Brumley Baptist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Vicki Rufer of Brumley; two granddaughters, Fawn Strickler of Keller, Texas, and Cheyenne Rufer of Kansas City; one great-grandson, Beckham Strickler of Keller, Texas;
two sisters, Geraldine Wills and husband Bob of Springfield and Marilyn Humphrey and husband Ron of Iberia; and a host of family and friends.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Virginia Davis and husband Joe.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 (noon), with services immediately following at noon, on Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Bro. Warren Mitchell will officiate. Interment will be in Hawkins Cemetery near Brumley.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Brumley Baptist Church.
