Carolyn Kay (Witt) Phillips, age 69, of Iberia, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. She was born in Miller County on September 26, 1951, daughter of the late Ray Witt and Jessie and Lynn Luttrell.

Before retirement in 2018, Kay was employed as a housekeeper at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Tuscumbia for several years. Her family, especially her grandchildren, were the loves of her life. Kay was a devoted member of Brumley Christian Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Shanda Kennedy (Jim); significant other, Ernie Mashburn, his children, Stacy and Chad; grandchildren, Ross, Mariyah, Garrett, Gaige, Tucker, Alaina, and Hadleigh; five great-grandchildren, Jaxin, Ellie, Case, Bentley, and Cooper; siblings, Benny Luttrell, Bobby Luttrell, and Bev Ash; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her grandson, Lane Kennedy and sister, Pam Whittle-Franklin.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 30, at Madden Cemetery near Iberia with Brandon Kissinger officiating.
