Charlene V. Allison, age 84, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2014, at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Tuscumbia. She was born in Hanna, Missouri, on January 26, 1930, daughter of Charles and Doris (Schultz) Pruitt.

Charlene enjoyed miniature pony pulling, gardening, and fishing.

She is survived by two daughters, Janice Hix and Shirley Monroe; five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and ten great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Russell Curnutt and Robert Allison; two sisters, Kathleen Clark and Francis Pruitt; and two children, Loretta Curnutt and Russell "Junior" Curnutt.

A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
