Charles "Charlie" Levy, age 49, of Brumley, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. He was born in Illinois on October 19, 1972, son of Daniel and Janet (Davis) Levy.   On June 6, 2015, at the Brumley Christian Church, Charlie was united in marriage to Kathleen Eulajean Plemmons, who survives at their home.

Charlie had an artistic personality.  He was a gifted tattoo artist and played in the band, Inside Joke.  He later worked for Walmart and was employed there for 12 years.  He enjoyed watching hockey and was an avid fan of the St. Louis Blues.  Charlie was a devoted father and loved being a father to his three children.

In addition to his wife, Kathleen, and his parents, Daniel and Janet Levy, he is also survived by three children, Jase Levy, Isabella Levy, and Charles William Levy, and numerous family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles William Reed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, at the Brumley Lions Club.
