Obituary
Dan Henderson, age 63, of Swedeburg, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2015, at Mercy Hospital in Lebanon. He was born in Crocker on June 8, 1951, son of the late James Melvin and Shirley Charlene (Smith) Henderson.
He was an avid motorcyclist who enjoyed riding his Harley. Dan loved basketball and he especially loved his grandchildren.
He is survived by two children, Andrew Smith and wife Tracy of Eldridge and Jamie Henderson of Richland; three grandchildren; Haley Smith, Kadie Smith, and Jaxon Henderson; two sisters, Cindy Henderson Snead of Springfield and Kathy Williams and husband Randy of Iberia; and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by one brother, James Patrick Henderson.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Daniel Henderson Memorial Fund.
