Danny Charles Pendleton, age 49, of Eldon, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021, at Citizen's Memorial Hospital in Bolivar.  He was born in Jefferson City on November 13, 1971, son of Danny Lavern Pendleton and Ethyl Faye (Harrison) Pendleton.  On February 27, 2011, in Osage Beach, Danny was united in marriage to Connie Wilcox, who survives at their home.

Danny served as a law enforcement officer for over 20 years.  During his 20-year career, he was employed with Lake Ozark Police Department, Miller County Sheriff Department, and finished his career at the Eldon Police Department.  Following his law enforcement career, Danny went into business with his wife and son, and together they owned and operated Big 3 Enterprises.

In addition to his loving wife, Connie, he is also survived by his son, Danny Robert Pendleton of Eldon; mother, Ethyl Pendleton; brother, John Pendleton of Iberia; sister, Holly Boggs and husband Nathaniel of Tuscumbia; niece and nephew, Bentley and Elizabeth; and numerous aunts, uncles, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Danny Lavern Pendleton and paternal grandparents, Charles and Geraldine (Atwell) Pendleton, maternal grandparents, Charles and Alma Cecelle (Murray) Harrison, and father and mother-in-law, Kenneth Robert and Jacquelyn Wilcox.

Visitation will be held from 12 (noon) to 1 p.m., with services immediately following at 1 p.m., on Saturday, September 25, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia with Dennis Nichols officiating.  Interment will be held in Red Cemetery near Iberia.
