David Ray Luttrell, age 67, of Iberia, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at his home in Iberia. He was born in Brumley on October 19, 1947, son of the late Kenneth and Juanita (Brown) Luttrell. On August 25, 1967, in Crocker, David married Pamela Janelle Plemmons, who survives at the home.

David worked in construction for many years as a concrete finisher. He enjoyed spending his free time outdoors coon hunting. David was baptized in 1966 and was a member of Concord Christian Church.

In addition to his loving wife, Pam Luttrell, he is also survived by one son, Tony Luttrell and Angie of Iberia; one daughter, Tonya Lawson and husband Travis of Iberia; five grandchildren, Levi Luttrell, Seth Luttrell, Jordan Lawson, Maddy Lawson, and Issac Lawson; and one great-granddaughter, Korra Luttrell; and three brothers, Kenneth, Vernon, and James Luttrell.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Robinett and Mary Luttrell; and one brother, Lonnie Luttrell.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., with a memorial service immediately following at 7 p.m., on Friday, June 12, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Bro. Lee Todd will officiate.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the David Luttrell Memorial Fund.
