Dean Davis, age 85, of Pittsburg, Missouri formerly of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2014. She was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, on April 5, 1929, daughter of the late Marvin and Ethel (Heisler) Wagoner. On October 1, 1981, in Franklin County, Kansas, Dean married Joe Bob Davis, who survives at the home.

She is also survived by five children, Linda Salazar and husband Richard, Carolyn DeVore and husband Guy, Lucy Turner & husband Pat, Donna Van Donsel & husband Jeff, and Judy Almaguer; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and one sister, Clara Hymes.

She was preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Hendricks; one great-granddaughter, Annalyse Van Donsel; and one sister, Nellie Joe Tate.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia, with a graveside service immediately following in Gott Cemetery, on Friday, December 5, 2014. Rick Russell will officiate.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association or to the SIDS Foundation.
