Debbie G. Luebbering, age 46, of St. Thomas, passed away Thursday, September 1, 2011, at St. Mary's Health Center in Jefferson City. She was born in Cairo, Illinois, on March 14, 1965, daughter of Richard E. Hale and Shirley M. Green. On July 16, 1983, in St. Thomas, Debbie married Leroy Luebbering, who survives at the home.
Debbie was employed by the State of Missouri for over 20 years.
She is also survived by five children, Alicia Luebbering of St. Thomas, Christopher Luebbering and wife Elyssa of Jefferson City, Caleb Luebbering of St. Thomas, Taylor Luebbering of St. Thomas, and Breanna Luebbering of St. Thomas; three grandchildren, Darrion Luebbering, Maleighka Luebbering, and Jordan Luebbering; her mother, Shirley Green and husband Dewey of Tuscumbia; one brother, Richard E. Hale of Tamms, Illinois; three sisters, Cheryl Rubel of Fenton, Cathy Marriott of Jefferson City, and Dawn Hale of Warrensburg; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Hale.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m to 1 p.m., with services immediately following at 1 p.m., on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at the St. Thomas Knights of Columbus Hall. Rev. Rick Ramsey will officiate. Interment will be in St. Thomas Cemetery.
