Dollie R. Wall, age 88, of Iberia, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2015, at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Tuscumbia. She was born in Vida on March 10, 1927, daughter of the late John and Rachel (Noakes) Henson. On January 8, 1948, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, Dollie married Martin Robert Wall, who preceded her in death on October 19, 2004.
She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time with her family. Dollie was a member of the Iberia Church of the Nazarene for over 60 years.
She is survived by two sons, Danny Wall and wife Wilma of Holts Summit and Darrell Wall and wife Sue of Iberia; four daughters, Marilyn Kinsley of Holts Summit, Sharron Yoakum and husband Ralph of Iberia, Wanda Russell and husband Daniel of Iberia, and Sandra Gaston of Chattanooga, Tennessee; 17 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Jim Henson, Mike Henson, Walt Henson, Albert Henson, and Bill Henson; four sisters, Mae Steinhauser, Katherine Rochelle, Thelma Watson, and Mary Piles; and two son-in-laws, Charles Kinsley and Gene Gaston.
Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 24, 2015, at Iberia Church of the Nazarene. Rev. B.J. Thelander will officiate. Interment will be in Curry Cemetery near Iberia.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia.
