Donna (Engelmeyer) Kirkweg, age 59, of Eldon, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022, at Oak Tree Villa in Jefferson City.  She was born in Tuscumbia on September 30, 1963, daughter of Bernard and Lucille (Luebbering) Engelmeyer.  On September 17, 1993, in St. Anthony, Donna was united in marriage to Ronald "Ron" Kirkweg, who survives.

Donna was a graduate from St. Marys College in Kansas.  She was employed as a sales associate at Walmart in Osage Beach and was previously employed at R.R. Donnelley.  She enjoyed spending time with her close-knit family and especially loved spoiling her nieces and nephews and traveling with her loved ones.  She loved hosting family gatherings and making Christmas cookies. Donna enjoyed farming and had a special place in her heart for her animals, especially her cows.  Donna was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Eldon.

In addition to her husband, Ron, she is also survived by her mother, Lucille Engelmeyer; brother, Ralph (Donna) Engelmeyer; three sisters, Mary Engelmeyer (Cash McManus), Patti (Roger) Uptegrove, and Emma Engelmeyer; sister-in-law, Cathy Engelmeyer; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bernard Engelmeyer; two brothers, James "Jim" Engelmeyer and Sylvester "Butch" Engelmeyer; grandparents, Henry and Katherine (Holtmeyer) Engelmeyer and Ben and Emma (Lueckenotte) Luebbering.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in St. Anthony with Fr. Christopher Aubuchon officiating.  Inurnment will be held at a later date.

Visitation will be held from 4- 7 p.m., with a prayer service at 4 p.m., on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at the St. Anthony Parish Hall.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Donna Kirkweg Memorial Fund.
