Donna R. Workman, age 44, of Iberia, passed away Friday, May 14, 2010, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. She was born in Mexico, Missouri, on May 23, 1965, daughter of Carl A. and Alice Faye (Gatson) Rook. On January 5, 1985, in Iberia, Donna married David Workman, who survives at the home.
She was currently employed at the office at Circle A Ranch in Iberia, she also worked part time at the Bank of Iberia and had previously worked at H & L Supermarket. Donna loved and adored her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Crocker.
She is also survived by two sons, Parker Workman and wife Brandie and Ryan Workman and wife Nikki all of Iberia; two granddaughters, Hailee Workman and Maliha Workman; father, Carl Rook; two brothers, Donald Wyatt and James Wyatt both of Stockton; two sisters, Debbie Langdon of Stockton and Eva Shields of Glasgow; and was thought of and loved as a sister by Norma, Charlotte, Lorna, Sandra, Barb, Kevin, Hilda, Rhonda, Lisa, and Rita.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Faye Rook and her father-in-law, Raymond Workman, Jr.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, May 17, 2010, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. A graveside service will be held immediately following the visitation at Mt. Union Cemetery near Brumley. Rev. Charles Cross will officiate.
