Obituary
Dorothy "Dottie" L. (Huddleston) Davis, age 79, of Sunrise Beach, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at Laurie Care Center. She was born in Brumley, on July 13, 1937, daughter of the late Virgil and Audrey I. (Plemmons) Huddleston. Dorothy was married on January 17, 1969 in Oklahoma, to David Eugene Davis who preceded her in death on July 9, 2013.
She is survived by one daughter, Beth Ann Breen and husband Doug of Tucson, AZ; one son, Ken Wells of Kansas; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one brother, Don Huddleston of Brumley; and dearly loved nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Dorothy was also preceded in death by two sons; Brad Wells and David Davis, Jr. and two sisters, Jeanette Hickman and Nova Shattuck.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Friday, November 4, at Hawkins Cemetery near Brumley. Jonathan Chadbourn will officiate.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Hawkins Cemetery.
