Ersa Mae Tartar, age 92, of Iberia, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Tuscumbia. She was born in Bokoshe, Oklahoma, on April 13, 1926, daughter of the late Elmer and Minnie (Loyd) Keeth.   Ersa was married to Jesse James Tartar, who preceded her in death in 1989.

She is survived by one niece, Marion Ann Cleek and husband Gary; two nephews, Larry Keeth and William Keeth; sister-in-law, Lita Lynn Keeth; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents she was also preceded by three brothers, Roy Claton Keeth, William Louis Keeth, and Herbert Jackie Keeth; and her niece, Sharon Elaine Bell.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date in Iberia Cemetery.
