Esther Lee Wilson, age 79, of Iberia, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia. She was born in Iberia on June 25, 1935, daughter of the late John and Dorothy (Golden) Malmberg. On November 16, 1957, in St. Louis, Esther married Wilburn Junior Wilson, who preceded her in death on October 12, 2007.

She is survived by two daughters, Sheila Farnham and husband Mike of Iberia, and Donna Whitwell and husband Mark of St. Peters; one son, David Wilson and wife Julie of Trimble; five grandchildren, Christa Luu and husband Toan, Teri Wilson, Kevin Wilson and wife Liana, Ashley Whitwell, and Matt Whitwell; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Bob Malmberg and wife Joyce of Camdenton, and Randy Malmberg and wife Becky of Iberia.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Jake Malmberg and two sisters, Anna Jean Swope and Opal Malmberg.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Bro. Jon Skiles will officiate. Interment will be in Madden Cemetery near Iberia.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 7, at the funeral home.
