Eunice Mae "Nan" Brumley, age 82, of Iberia, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2013, at her home. She was born in Iberia on July 7, 1931, daughter of the late Andrew and Sirilda (Shelton) Barlow. On October 11, 1951, in Richland, Eunice married Bobbie Alford Brumley, who preceded her in death on July 31, 2007.
Eunice enjoyed cooking, crocheting, and sewing.
She is survived by one son, Doug Brumley and wife Pam of Brumley; one daughter, Judy Wall and husband Bill of Crocker; five grandchildren, Gayla Piggott and husband David of Iberia, Gidget Brothers and husband Steve of Iberia, Justin Wall of Brumley, Harrison Brumley of Brumley, and Cody Brumley of St. Louis; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Linda Curtman and husband Terry of Iberia; and two brothers, Jim Barlow and wife Lora Lee of Iberia and Gerald Barlow of Mexico.
She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Shannon Brumley.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 (noon), with services immediately following at 12 p.m., on Saturday, November 30, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Lanny Witt will officiate. Interment will be in Mt. Union Cemetery near Brumley.
