Obituary
George Junior Humphrey, age 61, of Iberia, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2016, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. He was born in Iberia on June 22, 1955, son of the late George Jennings and Stella Bell (McDowell) Humphrey.
George loved watching various sports.
He is survived by four brothers, Donald Humphrey of Iberia, James Humphrey of Eldon, David Humphrey of Brumley and Paul Humphrey of Booneville; three sisters, Betty Humphrey, Brenda Owens, and Rose Eatherton all of Iberia; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Humphrey.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia, with a graveside service immediately following at Mt. Union Cemetery near Brumley on Thursday, July 28, 2016. Bro. Dennis Nichols will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the George Humphrey Memorial Fund.
