Gregory Lynn Herrell, age 55, of Camdenton, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019, at his home. He was born in Kansas City on October 22, 1963, son of William Joseph and Loeta (Wall) Herrell.

Gregory was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and training his dogs. He passed away peacefully on his farm with his faithful dogs by his side. Gregory was a wonderful father and grandfather and cherished the time he spent with his family especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his mother, Loeta Herrell of Iberia; his wife, Tina Herrell, whom he was separated from; sister, Glenda Lyon of Eaton Rapid, Michigan; daughter, Dakota Harmon (Paul) of St. Louis; step-children, Whitney (Tres) Horrighs, Ashleigh (Tate) Stout, Kris (Tabby) Paschel, and Nate Paschel all of Camdenton; grandchildren, Paul Joseph, Rayick, Jaden, and River, and; two nephews, Travis and Tim Lyon; as well as several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his dad, William Herrell; uncle, Gerald Wall; and aunt, Geraldine Padden.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 (noon), with service immediately following at 12 (noon) on Monday, February 18, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia with Bro. Roy Bryant officiating. Interment with military honors will be in Hickory Point Cemetery near Iberia.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Hickory Point Cemetery.
