Gregory "Gregg" Pauley, age 83, of St. Elizabeth, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2015, at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Tuscumbia. He was born in Miller County on November 18, 1931, son of the late Horace and Edna (Clark) Pauley. On July 19, 1980, in Denver, Colorado, Gregg married Francie Wilkerson, who survives at the home.
Gregg worked as a professional iron worker and truck driver during his working career. He was also a talented musician, who enjoyed playing his guitar and singing, but now the golden voice is silent.
In addition to his wife, Francie, he is survived by four children, Jack Pauley of Denver Colorado, Susan Pauley of Los Angeles, California, Gregg Alan Pauley of Dallas, Texas, and Saturn Pauley of Parker, Arizona; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one aunt, Flossie Clark.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with services immediately following at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Interment will be in Union Cemetery near Iberia.
