Harold "Pat" Farrow, 66, of Iberia, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2010, at his home. He was born in Iberia on August 11, 1943, son of Walter Wayne and Olive Rosena (Lawson) Farrow. On January 21, 1983, in Bonham, Texas, Harold married Helen Ruth Duckworth, who survives at the home.
Harold was a carpet installer for many years and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is also survived by two children, Rita Cross and husband James of Ionia, Michigan and Patrick Farrow of Junction City, Kansas; three step-daughters, Kimberly Yarbrough of Sherman, Texas, Kris Garrison of Dallas, Texas, and Angela Barnes of Ivanhoe, Texas; several grandchildren; two brothers, Roger "Rod" Farrow of Brumley and Bill Farrow of Vienna; and one sister, Janet Selby of Camdenton.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Ronnie Farrow, Melvin Farrow, Tom Farrow, and Dave Farrow.
A graveside service with military honors under the direction of the Iberia VFW Post 6167 and American Legion Post 105 will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 18, 2010, at Jim Matt Lawson Cemetery near Iberia. Minister Larry Cardin will officiate.
