Helen Johnson, age 74, of Lebanon, died Friday, April 27, 2007, at St. John's Hospital. She was born in Alton on August 2, 1932, daughter of Clarence A. and Gladys N. (Richardson) Watson. On December 18, 1948, in Laramie, Wyoming, she was married to Raymond James Johnson Sr., who preceded her in death on February 11, 2000.
She moved to Iberia in 1991 from Cheyenne, Wyoming, and then moved to Lebanon in 2000.
Survivors include one son, Raymond J. Johnson Jr. of Versailles, two daughters, Carol Nyden of Layton, Utah, and Kati Chamberlain of Iberia; one brother, Eugene A. Watson of the state of Washington; and one sister, Joy Eddy of Douglas, Wyoming; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Geneva Baker and Ruth McElderry.
Visitation will be from 9-10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 30, at Glad Tidings Tabernacle in Lebanon. Services will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the church with Pastor Bill Brinton officiating. Interment will be in Bethany Cemetery near Crocker.
