James "Jimmy" Crawford, age 62, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at his home.  He was born in Santa Ana, California, on December 7, 1959, son of the late JE and Edith (Land) Crawford.  On October 10, 2020, Jimmy was united in marriage to Kari Crystal Kemp, who survives at their home.

Jimmy had a successful career as a chef for various restaurants at Lake Ozark for numerous years. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially mushroom hunting.  He had a loving soul with a larger-than-life personality and a tender spot for children and animals.  Jimmy was fondly known as "Uncle Jimmy" to countless loved ones.

In addition to his wife, he is also survived by his son, Jason Boling of Kentucky; stepdaughter, Autumn Urban; siblings, Debbie Braak, Carol Smith, Joyce Hopper, Dennis Crawford, Jay Crawford, and Terry Crawford; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Don Crawford and sister, Phyllis Salyers.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
