J.D. Singleton, age 59, of Brumley, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2014, at his home. He was born in Crocker on September 19, 1954, son of James and Darlene (Plemmons) Singleton.
J.D. was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and trapping.
He is survived by his father, James Singleton of Waynesville; four siblings, Kathy Clark of Crocker, Karolyn Reiter and husband Ken of Crocker, Polly Wright and husband Ed of Crocker, and Rowdy Singleton and wife Crystal of Crocker; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Singleton and one nephew, Bradley Clark.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at Mt. Union Cemetery near Brumley.
