Jill Renee Schnack, age 48, of Meta, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at her home. She was born in St. Charles on October 2, 1966, daughter of the late James and Sue (Bowen) Cozart. On January 21, 1995, in Jefferson City, Jill married Gary Lynn Schnack, who survives at the home.

Jill enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and also loved cooking for them. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Babbtown and was also a member of church's Lady's Aide group.

In addition to her husband, Gary Schnack, she is also survived by four children, TaBrina Ennis and husband Aaron of Charlotte, North Carolina, Eric Schnack and wife Shelly of Jefferson City, Jeremy Cozart and wife Jessica of St. Louis, and David Butzer and Lacie Chestnut of Warrenton; six grandchildren; two brothers, Jeff Gordon and James Cozart; and one sister, Janene Jones.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m., with a memorial service at 11 a.m., on Saturday, July 18, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Babbtown. Pastor Gerald Scheperle will officiate. A private family graveside service will be held at a later at St. John's Cemetery in Babbtown.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to St. John's Lutheran Church in Babbtown.
