Johnny M. Rodden, age 40, of Iberia, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. He was born in Columbia on January 16, 1977, son of Henry Mack and Kathy (Davis) Rodden. On February 27, 1999, Johnny married Mindy Glee Lathrop, who survives at the home.
Johnny worked in construction and poured concrete for the surrounding areas. He was a member of the Black and Tan Coon Hound Club.
In addition to his loving wife, Mindy, he is also survived by two sons, Kaylub Rodden and Logan Rodden; one daughter, Riley Rodden; mother, Kathy Rodden; brother, Richard Rodden and wife Nichole of Brumley; father and mother-in-law, Fred and Elizabeth Stafford; and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Mack Rodden and his brother, David Rodden.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with services immediately following at 1 p.m., on Friday, March 31, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Bro. Ralph Byrd will officiate. Interment will be in Madden Cemetery near Iberia.
