Joseph "Joe" Paul Alieksaites, age 67, of Ulman, passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Tuscumbia. He was born in Tuscumbia on March 16, 1954, son of the late Bill and Mildred (Graham) Alieksaites. In December of 1976, Joe was united in marriage to Cindy Flaugher, who preceded him in death on March 22, 2017.

Joe was a member of Mt. Zion Church in Tuscumbia.

He is survived by one daughter, Miranda Eidson of Marys Home; three grandchildren, Braydon Eidson, Grace Eidson, and Matthew Eidson; three brothers, Jim (Sandy) Alieksaites, John (Donna) Alieksaites, and Bo Alieksaites; one sister, Margaret (Clint) Carlyle; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In addition to his parents and wife, Cindy, he was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Larry Flaugher.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at Gott Cemetery near Ulman with Charlie Worstell officiating.
