Joyce A. Witt, age 65, of Brumley, passed away Monday, May 30, 2011, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. She was born in Neosho on August 27, 1945, daughter of the late Roy Hadley and Venice Lee (Luttrell) Trusley. On November 23, 1963, in Miller County, Joyce married Jimmie Nile Witt, who survives at the home.

She is also survived by two sons, Jeff Witt of Toledo, Ohio and Billy Witt and wife Kathy of Iberia; one special nephew, Joe Woods of Lake Ozark; four grandchildren, Derrick Witt, Dillion Witt, Kori Woods, and Kris Woods; and two sisters, Janet Bowden of Eldon and Judy Woods of Springfield.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with services immediately following at 1 p.m., on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Larry Neal will officiate. Interment will be Mt. Union Cemetery near Brumley.
