Larry W. Wilson, age 63, of Jefferson City, passed away Monday, July 6, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Care Center. He was born in Tuscumbia on December 17, 1945, son of Olsen B. and Juanita (Abbett) Wilson.

Larry was employed for over 20 years with the Missouri Department of Revenue until his retirement in 2002.

He is survived by his mother, Juanita, of St. Elizabeth; two sisters, Mary Schimsa and husband Bob of Gray Summit and Patsy Wilson of Jefferson City; one brother, Dennis Wilson and wife Margie of Tuscumbia; three nephews; three nieces; and thirteen great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Olsen, and one brother David Wilson.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Charles Worstell will officiate. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery near Tuscumbia.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, at the funeral home.
