Obituary
Laymond Helton, age 78, of Iberia, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at his home. He was born in Maries County on September 16, 1931, son of the late Clyde and Nellie Marie (Hodge) Helton.
He is survived by one son, Paul Wayne Helton of Dixon and two brothers, Curtis Helton and wife Vivian of Iberia and Fred Helton and wife Darlene of Sparta, Illinois.
He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn Walker and Mae Wolf, and one brother Granville Lee Helton.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia.
