Leslie Michelle Moore, age 36, of Iberia, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. She was born in Jefferson City on May 9, 1985, daughter of Mike and Charolette (Adams) Moore.

Leslie was a 2003 graduate of Iberia High School. Following High School she attained her LPN license at Waynesville Career Center, RN license at Columbia College and ultimately achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She was employed as the Director of Nursing at Algoa Correctional Center with the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Leslie had a lovable personality which allowed her to connect easily with others. Her most treasured moments were the ones spent with her family, especially her niece and nephew, who she loved unconditionally. Leslie was a member of Iberia First Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mike and Charolette Moore of Iberia, she is also survived by her brother, Evan Moore and wife Lacey of Richland; niece, Brooklyn Moore; nephew, Braxton Moore; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jesse Moore and Virgie (Bob) Richards and maternal grandparents, Leon and Elaine Adams.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with services immediately following at 12 (noon), on Tuesday, July 6, at the First Baptist Church in Iberia with Bro. Roy Bryant officiating. Interment will be held at Madden Cemetery near Iberia.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the First Baptist Church. Memorial funds will go towards Operation Christmas Child.
