Lila Frances McGlothin, age 90, of Rolla formerly of Iberia, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2012, at Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on May 13, 1922, daughter of the late Yancey and Mary Jane (Dixon) Malone. On December 9, 1944, Lila married Raymond Roy McGlothin, who preceded her in death on February 5, 1972.

Lila was a member of Iberia Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by four children, Shirley Wallace and husband Bill of Marshall, Illinois, Brenda Sue Jackson of Rolla, Janice Weiner and husband Jack of Lebanon, and Robert Lee McGlothin and wife Lindy of Lawton, Oklahoma; 21 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Robert Malone of Rolla, Wallace Malone of Battle Creek, Michigan, and James Malone of Owensville.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Vincent Cox; one sister, Wilma Malone; and one granddaughter, Rhonda Denise Jackson.

Visitation will be from 12 (noon) to 1 p.m., with services immediately following at 1 p.m., on Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Rev. Greg McClain will officiate. Interment will be in Iberia Cemetery.
