Lois Dean Hensley, age 94, of Brumley, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023, at Lakeside Meadows in Osage Beach.  She was born in Ulman, on September 22, 1929, daughter of late William Ralph and Mabel Marie (Woolery) Colvin.  On June 27, 1981, at Riverview Church in Osage Beach, Lois was united in marriage to Alston Wayne Hensley, who preceded her in death on April 11, 1993.

Her many years of life have blessed her with many experiences and memories. She had a passion for quilting and enjoyed spending time working on puzzles.  Lois had a deep faith in her Lord and Savior and was member of Ulman Christian Church.

She is survived by two grandchildren, Tonya (James) Bell and Brad (Krysten) Hulsey; seven great-grandchildren, Chris, Tyler, Carson, Kenton, Hunter, Jonah, and Briar; two great-great-grandchildren; and family and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her son Edward Dean Hulsey.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 (noon) with services immediately following at 12 (noon), on Tuesday, November 21, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia.  Interment will be held at Colvin Cemetery in Kaiser.
