Lonnie Earl Phillips, age 68, of Brumley, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2019, at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia. He was born in Tuscumbia on May 18, 1951, son of the late Jes and Glennis (Shelton) Phillips.

Lonnie worked at Kaiser Special Road District and later worked for Miller County for over 30 years. Lonnie loved spending time outdoors and enjoyed riding horses and mules. He was a member of Brumley Christian Church.

He is survived by one sister, Glenda Shackleford; three brothers, Louie Phillips (Betsy), Dale Phillips (Becky), Jessie Phillips (Donna); children, Tim Phillips, Chris Phillips, Amy Wilhite, Jimmy Phillips, Bradley Phillips, and Dylan Phillips; and numerous grandchildren, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Jenna Brooke.

Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, at Robinett Cemetery near Brumley.
