Lucy Lorene Ash, age 76, of Brumley, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2017, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. She was born in Miller County on October 18, 1940, daughter of the late Leonard and Lola (Rodden) Brown. On March 22, 1957, in Brumley, Lucy married Herbert Lee Ash, who preceded her in death on September 22, 2008.

Lucy was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church.

She is survived by five sons, Ronnie Ash and wife Tammy, J.R. Ash and wife Marsha, Mick Ash, Thomas Ash, and Timmy Ash all of Brumley; two daughters, Susie Guehrer and husband Gerald of Richland and Dena Baumann and husband Jim of Brumley; 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren; one foster grandchild; one brother, Joe Brown of Brumley, and two sisters, Vernie McGee of Eldon and Bertha Brown of Buffalo.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Brown, Virgil Brown, Wilford Brown; two sisters, May Brown and Nora Hood; and one great-grandchild, Taylor Barnhart.

Visitation will be held from 10:30 to 11 a.m., with services immediately following at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Bro. Brian Duncan will officiate. Interment will be in Robinett Cemetery near Brumley.
