Marjorie Ann Herigon, age 74, of Westphalia formerly of St. Thomas, passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at Westphalia Hills Nursing Home. She was born in Meta on March 5, 1943, daughter of the late George and Catherine (Scheulen) Rehagen. On June 17, 1967, in St. Elizabeth, Marjorie married Leonard Anton Herigon, who preceded her in death on April 21, 2008.

Marjorie enjoyed quilting at home and with the St. Thomas Quilting Club making quilts for the parish picnic. She enjoyed playing bingo and scratch off lottery tickets. She cherished the times and memories of visiting with her family and friends especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marjorie was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Rose Herigon and Gary Brand of Iberia, Ruth Frank and husband James of Westphalia, and Rita McClintock and husband John of Crocker; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Rehagen, Irene Boessen, Viola Boessen, and Jane Bax (Tim); two brothers-in-law, Lloyd Herigon (Jeanne) and Darrell Herigon (Myra); and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents she was also preceded in death by her son, Roger Herigon; one sister, Marilyn Nilges and two brothers, Lawrence Rehagen and Bernard Rehagen.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, October 2, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church with Fr. Jeremy Secrist officiating. Interment will be in St. Thomas Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m., with a prayer service at 3 p.m., on Sunday, October 1, at St. Thomas Knights of Columbus Hall.
