Mark Daniel Rowden, age 60, of Iberia, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2020, at his home. He was born in Iberia on February 5, 1960, son of Lloyd and Viola (Lee) Rowden.

Mark enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He was blessed with four grandsons, who were the light of his life.

He is survived by his mother, Viola Rowden; two daughters, Kimberly Sovcik (Tomas) of Linn Creek and Chastity Rowden of Montreal; four grandsons, Maverick, Samuel, Colton and Jasper; two brothers, Randy Rowden (Anita) and David Rowden (Joanie) both of Iberia; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Rowden and infant brother.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at Union Cemetery in Iberia with Bro. Ernie Miller officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Mark Rowden Memorial Fund.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia.
