Marhshall "Shag" John Boessen, age 68, of St. Elizabeth, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Care Center.  He was born on July 13, 1953, son of the late Leonard and Theresa (Nilges) Boessen.

He is survived by three children and numerous family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dorothy Boessen.

Burial will be held on Friday, October 15, at Southside Cemetery in Meta.
