Mary L. Jones, age 50, of Brumley, passed away Monday, May 30, 2011, at her home. She was born in Waynesville on October 16, 1960, daughter of the late Robert Lee and Dorothy Louise (McComb) Durham. On August 18, 1988, in Richland, Mary married Teddy Lee Jones, who survives at the home.
Mary was a member of the Brumley Baptist Church.
She is also survived by two sons, Terry Rowden and Mark Jones both of Brumley; two daughters, Debbie Jones of California and Jeanette Jones of Florida; five grandchildren; two sisters, Sue Irwin of Iberia and Linda Stokes of Crocker; and three brothers, Jerry Durham of Crocker, Earl Durham of Iberia, and Larry Durham of Mt. View.
She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, one stepson, David Jones, and one brother, Robert Durham.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with services immediately following at 1 p.m., on Friday, June 3, 2011, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Rev. Lee Todd will officiate. Interment will be in Mt. Union Cemetery near Brumley.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Mary Jones Memorial Fund.
