Nellie Jeanette Clark, age 75, of Iberia, died Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at her home. She was born in Brumley on March 3, 1933, daughter of Everett and Marzella (Brown) Maylee. On November 9, 1948, in Bentown, she was married to Carrol Junior Clark, who preceded her in death on July 5, 2001.
She attended the Baptist church.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty Barker and husband Bob of Bentown and Shirley Wilson and husband Ernie of Iberia; two sons, Howard Clark and wife Wanda of Camdenton and Ronnie Clark of Sedalia; one brother, Junior Maylee and wife Peggy of Montgomery City; one sister, Anna Lucy Robinett of Iberia; seven grandchildren, Tyler, Mike, Kevin, and Scotty Wilson, Janet Wieberg, Tina Kraft, and Tammy Blankenship; nine great-grandchildren, Makayla Barker, Levi and Lacey Wilson, Katie and Megan Wilson, Megan Jones, Cody Kraft, Chase Blankenship, and Madison Blankenship; one great great-grandson, Chance Wilson; and other family and friends.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, at Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Bro. Gene Edwards officiating. Interment will be in Jackson Cemetery near Ulman.
