Nicole Christine Finnegan, age 11, of Eldon, died Saturday, August 25, 2007, at University Hospital and Clinics in Columbia. She was born in Jefferson City, on April 20, 1996.
She is the daughter of: Michael Thomas and Marla Justine (Nickels) Finnegan, who survive at the home; sister of, Ryan Michael Finnegan of the home; granddaughter of, William and Kay Finnegan of St. Louis, Gordon Nickels of Barnett and Marcia Sue Nickels of Jefferson City; niece of, Tommy and Marcia Herx of Versailles, Ray and Renee Nickels of Olean and Steven and Kathleen Schuler of St. Louis and cousin of seven.
Nicole was enrolled as a sixth grader at the Eldon Upper Elementary School and was also a student at Steps Dance Studio. Nicole enjoyed shopping, cheerleading, dancing, traveling and playing the piano. She loved her friends and had an enjoyment for life. She loved spending time with her family. One of her favorite family times was game night. Nicole was also a member of the Eldon First Baptist Church and was active in the GA missions.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 29, at Eldon Upper Elementary School, 409 E 15th St.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 30, at Eldon First Baptist Church, 209 S. Aurora. Rev. Randall Bunch will officiate. Interment will be in Eldon City Cemetery.
