Norma Gene Howser, age 71, of Crocker, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2012, at her home. She was born on September 25, 1941, daughter of the late Archie and Clara Mae (Carroll) Moss. Norma was married to Charles Howser, who preceded her in death on September 1, 1973.
She is survived by five children, Derek Howser of Laquey, William Ousley of Crocker, Madina Mitchell of Waynesville, Tiria Swyers of St. Robert, and Broderick Ousley of Doolittle; seven grandchildren; and one sister, Shirley Butler of Dixon.
She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Jacob Cates and two brothers, Freeman Moss and Truman Moss.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2012, in Freedom Cemetery near Dixon.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Norma Howser Memorial Fund.
