Pauline Hensley, age 79, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. She was born in Ulman on April 12, 1935, daughter of the late Verner and Dorothy (Hudson) Beard. She was married to Orin Robinett who preceded her in 1963. On July 2, 1967, in Brumley, Pauline married Charles Wade Hensley, who preceded her in death on January 1, 1999.

Pauline was employed as Supervisor over 40 years at LB Manufacuring. She was an avid Nascar follower and a devoted fan to her favorite racer, Carl Edwards. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

She is survived by one brother, Lynn Beard and wife Vanessa of Foley, Alabama; three sisters, Imogene Horton, June Ahart , and Patricia Ash and husband Farris all of Tuscumbia; one sister-in-law, Janice Beard; two aunts, Doris Cotton of St. Louis and Ruth Bolten of Jefferson City; and several nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her infant son, Mitchell Robinett; one brother, Raymond Beard; and one sister, Melissa Beard.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with services immediately following at 1 p.m., on Saturday, September 27, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia. Danny Evans will officiate. Interment will be in Boltz Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers of memorial contributions are suggested to Boltz Cemetery.
