Pauline enjoyed quilting and sewing with her sisters.  She possessed a musical talent as a gifted singer, song writer, and a skilled piano and guitar player.  She especially loved performing at Mt. She is survived by three children, Kim Minnick and husband Troy, Starla Duncan and husband Bubby, and Billy Joe Humphrey all of Iberia; eight grandchildren, Chasidy Grant, Derrick Minnick, Ethan Minnick, Paige Vail, Faith Combs, Harley Onstott, Abby Duncan, and Hannah Humphrey; 11 great-grandchildren, Ellie Burton, Hadlie Burton, Gianna Grant, Jayden Minnick, Trenton Minnick, Cadence Minnick, Callie Minnick, Daxton Vail, Benson Vail, Tate Vail, and Crue Vail; five siblings, Floyd Dake, Ritchie Dake, Barb McDaniel, Beverly Pendleton, and Becky Buckley; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Deidre Humphrey, and seven siblings, Andrew Robert Dake, Darrell Dake, Bonnie Pendleton, Mary Sue Dake, Rosa Rowden, Donna Dake, and Myrel Dake.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 (noon), with services immediately following at 12 (noon), on Tuesday, February 20, at Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia with Charlie Worstell officiating.  Interment will be held in Brays Cemetery near Iberia.
